1. General Information

This website is operated by Flow & Grow.
By accessing this website or booking a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies published on this site.

2. Class Bookings & Enrolment

Bookings are confirmed once payment or registration is completed through our booking system book when
It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided (including student details) is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolment at our discretion.

3. Payments & Fees

All fees must be paid by the due date listed at the time of enrolment.
Prices are subject to change; however, any change will not affect confirmed bookings already paid.
Failure to pay fees may result in loss of class placement.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

Fees for missed classes are generally non-refundable.
If you withdraw from a class or term, refunds may be offered at our discretion or in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund, credit, or reschedule.

5. Safety & Participation

Dance involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to take responsibility for your own safety (or your child’s).
Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children before and after class.
Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or accessibility needs so we can support participation safely.

6. Conduct & Behaviour

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively impacts the safety or enjoyment of others.

7. Photography & Media

We will always seek consent before using photos or videos of students for promotional purposes.
You may request removal of images at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, branding, and class materials, is owned by Flow & Grow unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, or engage in any activity that interferes with its operation.
